Order and check
A notification email containing confirmation of successfully placed order details will be sent to the email the customer provided at the payment step.
NAI n' MUSE will only contact the customer via phone number if additional information is needed. In addition, we will not call to confirm the order to avoid disturbing you.
For COD collection orders, NAI n' MUSE supports co-checking before payment. Customers please open the package to check the product (testing is not supported) to ensure the order is delivered with the correct design, quantity and quality as ordered.
In case any problem arises with the order leading to refusal to receive the goods, NAI n' MUSE would like to collect additional shipping costs corresponding to the shipping fee of the order placed by the customer.

nainmuse.com is a website exclusively for customers in Vietnam, payment methods include NAPAS interbank transfer via STK or QR Code.
Other payment methods include COD (collection), Card payment and E-Wallet (Momo, VNPay, ViettelPay...) please contact NAI n' MUSE via information channels such as Facebook and Instagram for support.
