1. Refund policy
The customer paid but did not receive the product.
The product does not match the information in the registration order
Note: Policy does not apply to cases of relative color errors when comparing publications with product colors on computer screens and electronic devices.
2. Return policy
Scope of application: Returns are applicable within 48 hours (2 days) from receipt of goods.
Return conditions:
– Return time: Within 3 days from the date of request to return goods
– Require to keep the original packaging and labels of the product when returning it
– The number of returns for a product is 1 time
– Products that cannot be returned: The return period has expired and the products are not due to the carrier's fault and are not due to the manufacturer's fault.
– For undelivered goods: Customers can call the sales staff working with them to negotiate switching to another item.
– For delivered goods:

When delivering the goods, you check to see if the goods are the ones you ordered, whether they are made according to your requirements, and are of the right type. If you check that the goods are defective due to the supplier's side, you can request to exchange for a new one, all costs are borne by the company.
If the product is defective due to the customer, the supplier is not responsible for exchanging the product.
If you want to exchange the item, there will be additional costs and return shipping costs. The cost of the difference between the exchanged product and the old product depends on the product and the agreement between the customer and sales staff.
+ For products without defects:
Once the product has been delivered, the customer does not like the product and wants to exchange it for another product. Customers must follow the following regulations:
– The goods are still boxed and intact.
– See if the product is a special product (ordered according to your wishes or not)
– All costs incurred such as: Shipping fees..., must be borne by the customer.

Product warranty policy:
* Warranty period: 14 days (2 weeks) from date of receipt.
* Warranty conditions: Applicable to products with technical defects (loose buttons, faulty locks, threads, fading, etc.). Warranty does not cover included accessories.
* Shipping fee: Nai De Vogue supports one-way shipping fee, customers pay the remaining shipping fee.
Return policy:

Product preservation instructions:
* Hand wash and separate.
* Color/tweed products: dry clean.
* Silk/embroidered products: dry clean, use laundry bag when hand washing.
* Do not use bleach, do not soak for long periods, and do not pour soap directly onto the fabric.
* Dry gently, do not wring.
* Dry clean the first time. For subsequent times, use diluted soap, wash quickly, avoid soaking for long periods and do not mix with other colored products.
