1. General Conditions:
- Exchange only (size or model). No returns or refunds.
- Unboxing video / photos are required (no editing or cutting).
- The product must have original tags, labels, and accessories.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, clean, undamaged, and odor-free.
- Ho Chi Minh City: Exchanges are accepted within 02 days after receiving/purchasing.
- Other provinces/cities: Exchanges are accepted within 03 days after receiving.
- Orders placed via e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok) follow each platform’s return policy.
2. Exchange by Customer Request:
- Customers cover two-way shipping fees.
- Exchanges must be made for items of equal or higher value.
3. Size Exchange:
- Nai n’ Muse provides incorrect size advice: the brand covers two-way shipping.
- The customer chooses the wrong size: the customer covers two-way shipping.
4. Product Defects:
- Nai n’ Muse supports exchange / refund and covers all shipping costs.
5. General Notes:
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
- Processing time: 1–3 working days after Nai n’ Muse receives the returned item (excluding Sundays and holidays).
- Each order is eligible for exchange only once.
- If the requested item is out of stock, it may be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value.
- Nai n’ Muse reserves the right to refuse exchanges if conditions are not met.
- Nai n’ Muse is not responsible for damages caused during use, washing, or improper care.
