Delivery Method:

At Nai, we offer a variety of delivery options to ensure your order reaches you in the most convenient way.

• Delivery methods include:

* Standard Delivery: Delivery time is 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday).

* Express Delivery: Within Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

* International Delivery: Delivery time is 1-2 weeks.

Product warranty policy:

* Warranty period: 14 days (2 weeks) from date of receipt.

* Warranty conditions: Applicable to products with technical defects (loose buttons, faulty locks, threads, fading, etc.). Warranty does not cover included accessories.

* Shipping fee: Nai De Vogue supports one-way shipping fee, customers pay the remaining shipping fee.

Return policy:

* Exchange: within 48 hours (2 days) from receipt of goods.

* Returns: immediate support if customers are not satisfied upon receipt, no 2-way shipping fee.

* After 48 hours, only warranty support (no exchange/refund).

• Shipping fee:

* Customer is responsible for 2-way shipping fee and product difference (if any).

• Support conditions:

* Have order information (phone number/invoice).

* Product still has tags, unused.

* Only exchange product size with same or higher price than purchased product.

* For manufacturing defects, Nai De Vogue will cover all exchange costs (require video of unpacking intact).

* Exchange/refund is not applicable for sale products.

Product preservation instructions:

* Hand wash and separate.

* Color/tweed products: dry clean.

* Silk/embroidered products: dry clean, use laundry bag when hand washing.

* Do not use bleach, do not soak for long periods, and do not pour soap directly onto the fabric.

* Dry gently, do not wring.

• Note when mixing product colors:

* Dry clean the first time. For subsequent times, use diluted soap, wash quickly, avoid soaking for long periods and do not mix with other colored products.
